- Be the face of Model Exchange - guiding insurers, reinsurers, and model vendors through onboarding, support, and day-to-day engagement.
- Liaise with customers, developers, and test teams to ensure high quality releases of our Model Exchange platform
- Act as the client environment and business subject matter expert for Model Exchange to troubleshoot daily issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive innovation by working closely with product, development, and QA teams.
- Provide expert insight into AWS cloud setup, Python scripting, and REST APIs within a complex SaaS environment.
- Coordinate and lead customer testing and implementation efforts, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Represent client needs internally, ensuring their voice shapes product evolution.
- Insurance or reinsurance industry experience
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and cloud environments - especially AWS.
- Knowledge of APIs, Python scripting
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities across fast-moving projects.
- Bonus points for experience with GitHub, Kubernetes, MySQL, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Mathematics, or similar).
- At least 2 years in a technical project/client support role, ideally within a SaaS or insurance context.
