We are the consultative arm of Visa's Risk & Identity Solutions (RaIS) organization that offers a vast portfolio of solutions to our merchant, partner, issuer, and acquirer portfolios.We strive to maintain unrivaled relationships with these clients. We have a collaborative and supportive culture that keeps everyone motivated.The Sr. Consultant, Risk Solution Services will help Visa clients manage the risk of accepting payments online. This will include analyzing order data to identify emerging fraud trends, developing strategies to mitigate these trends, and working closely with Visa's clients to implement these strategies using a combination of Visa and industry tools.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Presentation: Delivers clear and concise messages effectively and appropriately, shares best practices and communicates confidently to audiences of all levels.
  • Consulting Expertise: Enhances client success by fostering strategic relationships aligned with RSS, effectively represents client interests for product enhancements.
  • Solutions Delivery: Maximizes client engagement through automation, machine learning, and effective communication of portfolio updates, influences adoption of RSS.
  • Analysis, Data, and Reporting: Enhances automation to align KPI's with Visa objectives, collaborates to improve current and future reporting capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Acquires and shares payment industry insights, educates clients on payment systems, stays updated on the global competitive landscape and adapts solutions based on competitive knowledge.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site).QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
  • Working in eCommerce payment industry
  • Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
  • Deriving insights and action items through analysis
  • Providing Solutions Delivery/professional services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
  • Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or another major programming language, with a focus on data analysis, machine learning, or algorithm development
  • Skilled in using SQL for data analysis
  • Hands-on experience in handling and mining large, diverse data sets
  • Demonstrated experience working with or fine-tuning machine learning models in fast-paced, real-time prediction environments.
