Senior Lettings / Lettings Negotiator

- Registering and managing applicants
- Conducting property viewings
- Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day negotiations
- Assisting with valuations and securing new instructions (for senior candidates)
- Building and nurturing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Working toward individual and team targets
- Ensuring a smooth tenancy process from offer to move-in
- Experience in residential lettings is essential
- Experience in valuations and instruction-winning (preferred for senior role)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong local knowledge of Islington and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- High levels of professionalism and presentation
- ARLA qualification is a plus, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred (own car ideal but not essential)
- Competitive basic salary with OTE up to £40,000
