Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is looking to join a modern and well-renowned Estate Agents in South East London?Our client is a successful multi-branch independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 25 years, who believe in providing both personable, honest and reliable service.Working Hours for the Senior Lettings Negotiator:
  • Full Time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Some Saturdays on a rota basis with flexibility
Salary/Package for the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator:
  • Competitive basic salary
  • Upto circa £50,000 OTE
  • Additional car allowance of £450 per month.

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both tenants and landlords
  • Match prospective tenants with ideal properties, delivering clear and comprehensive property insights
  • Actively identify new business opportunities to grow the market share
  • Handle enquiries with the highest level of customer service
  • Manage the moving-in process and ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements for the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
  • Ideally, 2 years of experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • A positive and personable attitude.
  • Hold a full and valid driving licence.
  • Previous experience in working in the London market is desirable.
