- Proactively engage and maintain links with stakeholders to communicate clearly, listen to and explore requirements and present advice.
- Working with various departments to effectively collaborate with business Analysts and Project Management to ensure alignment.
- Ensure deliverables that fit with the wider strategic focus and are easily communicated to stakeholders.
- Working within a Governance framework, ensure stakeholders are engaged and approve deliverables and milestones.
- Act as a focal point for queries; providing expert advice and guidance.
- Support the lifecycle of requirements.
- Support analysis on new projects and/or enhancements to existing projects.
- Oversee and input into changes and enhancements to existing or new services to clients to identify and quantify the benefits.
- Collate and analyse data to produce creative solutions, cleanse data or diagnose performance.
- Understand legislative changes, engaging with business and technical analysts for input and advice where necessary.
- Identify benefits and opportunities for improvement.
- Accurately estimate and plan the scope and deliverables with the Project Manager.
- Monitor progress against the plan, enabling projects to be delivered on time and within budget and providing progress reporting as required.
- Ensure documentation is approved and issued in accordance of contractual terms, project scope, definition and standards.
- Ensure all aspects of the project are delivered consistently and to required standards.
- Engage in dialogue with stakeholders to resolve issues and generate beneficial outcomes for project delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Able to work on multiple projects and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Demonstrable people and thought leadership strengths, experience of working within a consultative process and/or consultancy background. Proven track record of successfully delivering consulting projects, demonstrating expertise in a specific field or industry.
- Experience of directing and mentoring a team, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality of work produced by the team.
- Preparing regular progress reports, presenting findings to clients and stakeholders, and facilitating clear communication between the client and the project team.
- Sharing expertise and best practices with the team and clients, contributing to the overall knowledge base of the project team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain credible working relationships.
- Strong active listening skills to understand and interpret stakeholders’ needs.
- Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working within a regulated environment, preferably within the financial sector.
- Understanding of Business Process Modelling Tools (Visio or equivalent) and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Project, Excel and Word
