Known for their design-to-build capabilities, they consistently deliver projects on time and within budget, offering high-quality installations complemented by responsive maintenance and servicing contracts.Position OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee complete mechanical service projects—from initial survey and design, to installation, commissioning, and aftercare—across London’s commercial and residential landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, heating, BMS)Coordinate design, installation, and commissioning phasesServe as primary contact between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsManage schedules, budgets, risk and quality controlEnsure adherence to F-gas regulations and building standardsOversee commissioning, validation, and handover processesProvide exceptional client service and ensure successful aftercare handoverFacilitate maintenance contracts post-project completionIdeal Candidate ProfileProven experience managing mechanical services projects (HVAC, plumbing, heating, BMS)Strong technical acumen and understanding of air conditioning, ventilation systems, heat recovery, and building services design.Familiarity with mechanical design, coordination, commissioning, and regulatory requirementsExcellent project management, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skillsExceptional communication and client-facing abilitiesCapacity to handle multiple projects in parallelIdeally, familiarity with London’s construction and regulatory environmentWhat’s on OfferJoining a skilled, collaborative, and reliable teamExposure to a diverse portfolio—from commercial office refurbishments to luxury residential installationsChance to oversee full lifecycle projects—from design to maintenanceA company that values proactive client service, technical excellence, and professionalism
