To drive change throughout the Service, encompassing workforce development principles and integration strategy underpinned by regional and local policy.
To ensure that the transformation and improvement agenda is delivered successfully using recognised and proportionate methodology, ensuring that there is consistency with the organisation.
To support key projects from the Corporate Transformation Programme.
To strategically support key inspections and oversee central co-ordination of the resulting action plans.
To lead and support on the production of savings initiatives, business cases, PIDs, bids, and equality assessments.
To ensure that cost-avoidance savings are robustly tracked and measured, with appropriate sign off and buy in so that ROI is demonstrated.
Demonstrate changes and improvements are value for money and determine the financial impact, both short and long-term, for Children's Services.EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrable experience of successfully leading and implementing major change initiatives within the public or private sector
