  • Partner with the Grimsby Seafood Finance Lead to deliver accurate, insightful weekly and monthly plant reporting
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of Continuous Improvement (CI) reports, offering actionable insights into key cost and efficiency metrics
  • Reconcile commercial and P&L gross margins, ensuring consistency and investigating discrepancies
  • Build business cases through well-articulated, right-first-time CAPEX proposals for senior review
  • Play a key role in operational performance meetings, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Report on and analyse:
  • Yield performance and labour efficiency
  • SKU mix impact on cost, yield, and labour
  • Operational spend and inventory movement
  • DIO trends and cost-saving initiatives linked to AFE tracking
  • Own the identification and reporting of R&D tax credit opportunities across the site
