- Reception Management: Be the friendly face of the organisation on an ad hoc basis, covering when needed, by greeting visitors, managing calls, and directing inquiries with a smile.
- Facilities Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and ready for use.
- Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with service providers, from cleaning teams to maintenance contractors, ensuring high standards are met.
- Event Planning: Assist in organising internal events, meetings, and conferences to foster collaboration and team spirit.
- Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, keeping our workspace stocked and efficient.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure our office adheres to health and safety regulations, providing a safe and secure environment for all staff and visitors.
- Property: Help assist with management of the office, and a number of other properties based in London.
- Must have previous experience in facilities and in a similar role.
