- Self-motivation with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background and previous work experience in Hygiene within a manufacturing environment is preferable
- Knowledge of food safety principles and BRC standards
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
