  • Proven sales experience (2+ years) in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people
  • Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert database leads into sales
  • Confident knowledge of vehicle makes, models and technologies
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Full valid driving licence
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable to fast-paced environments
Desired Criteria
  • Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
