- Achieve sales targets for both new and used vehicles
- Provide clear and accurate information on products, finance options, and extras
- Carry out vehicle appraisals and work within FCA guidelines
- Follow up with leads and maintain records using internal systems
- Manufacturer Training
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role (automotive experience preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to do both the Sales and Admin side
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable using showroom systems and basic IT platforms
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
