Company: Housing AssociationAbout the RoleWe are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading London Housing Association for a Performance and Data Manager.This is a pivotal role, responsible for managing performance information systems, ensuring data quality, and providing in-depth analysis to support continuous improvement across the organisation. You'll play a key role in preparing reports for the Executive Team, Board, Committees, and for statutory submissions, helping to shape decision-making at the highest level.As part of the Governance and Internal Control team, you'll act as a trusted advisor on performance and data integrity, while promoting and embedding the organisation's core values.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management
- Monitor service performance against KPIs, benchmarking against comparable organisations.
- Produce accurate, timely reports for the Executive and Senior Management Team, Board, and Committees.
- Provide insight on achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, peers, and service users.
- Share performance insight with Heads of Service, enabling improvement planning.
- Support colleagues in understanding and applying data effectively.
- Ensure sensitivity to the diverse communities the organisation serves.
- Oversee and develop robust data management systems.
- Audit data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Triangulate data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Produce clear, accessible reports for senior stakeholders.
- Act as Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy legislation.
- Use performance data and resident feedback to inform service improvement.
- Support ad hoc insight projects to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.
- Attend conferences and forums to share and adopt best practice.
- Ensure performance targets align with regulatory standards, Ombudsman recommendations, and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience analysing and presenting data to inform decision-making.
- Track record of improving service delivery through performance management.
- Experience in public sector, housing, or other regulated environments.
- Strong IT and data reporting skills (CRM systems, Office 365, telephony).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to travel to local housing centres when required.
