Since 1967 we have provided innovative medical imaging technology, supported by a nationwide team of highly trained engineers and clinical applications specialists.We are seeking to employ a Senior Engineer with a commercial background based in Central-Scotland. This is a home-based role reporting to Xograph's head office Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.This role will complete equipment service duties on Xograph's installed base equipment. Territory coverage includes Scotland, Northern English borders, and infrequent other locations in the UK and Ireland.On the commercial front this role will maintain existing customer service contracts, seek new contract opportunities. Also collate 'noise level' business prospects (sales, rental etc) to share and develop with the Commercial Team.This is an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proven X-Ray engineer with a commercial background.Key Responsibilities and Activities
  • To perform PPM, attend unscheduled callouts and other service activities
  • Ensure accuracy, communication, and accountability for yourself
  • Ensure deadlines are met in an efficient and effective manner
  • Monitor daily 'out of action' (OOA) reports to minimise equipment downtime
  • Monitor, maintain and grow Xtend service contracts
  • Make full use of business tools provided (SAP etc.)
  • Ensure relevant internal/external quality standards, are consistently practiced
  • Ensure optimal stock holdings to meet local service contract demands
  • Be responsible for the ongoing support and growth of existing service business
  • Deliver on service targets, KPI's and other business metrics
  • Professionally delivering the Xograph Customer Survey programme
  • Day to day engagement, support, of your engineering colleagues
  • Develop yourself through product training
  • Development of relationships with KOL's, influencers, stakeholders

  • A competent, Engineer commercially minded with sales experience

  • Customer focused and dedicated to delivering customer service excellence
  • Excellent organisational skills and planning abilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office
