
Interim Finance Operations Manager

- Build and drive scalable bookkeeping processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Collaborate with Sage Intaact support to set up a workflow for POs and Invoice authorisation
- Manage bookkeeping for circa 15 current entities and onboarding new entities every 1-2 months from various EU countries
- Own the monthly management accounts and closing processes for each entity.
- Reconciling bank, credit card and expenses accounts
- Intercompany reconciliation and journals
- Ensure appropriate documentation is obtained to support recovery of input VAT
- Mentor/Training of more junior team members
- Reconciling Payroll journals
- Support on revenue reconciliations
- Collaborate effectively via Microsoft Teams.
- Other adhoc activities as expected with an expanding Group
- Strong knowledge of UK VAT
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Bookkeeping.
- Prior team management experience.
- Experience with audits or external reporting.
- Familiarity with IFRS or GAAP standards.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Strong sense of financial organization-able to ensure clean audit trails and readiness for IFRS audits.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, HR, legal) to support entity setup and compliance.
