As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons continue smoothly. You will supervise students, maintain classroom discipline and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects.Key Responsibilities:Supervise classes during teacher absencesDeliver pre-set work to students and ensure they remain on taskManage classroom behaviour in line with school policiesReport any issues or incidents to senior staffIdeal Candidate:Previous experience in teaching, training or classroom supervisionConfident in managing groups of students (Key Stage 3 to 5)Excellent communication and behaviour management skillsFlexible and able to travel between schools in Tunbridge Wells and SevenoaksWhat We Offer:Flexible full-time or part-time workCompetitive daily rateOpportunity to gain school-based experienceSupportive and welcoming school environmentsAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
