We are seeking a confident, reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with teaching experience or a background in classroom supervision.About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons continue smoothly. You will supervise students, maintain classroom discipline and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects.Key Responsibilities:Supervise classes during teacher absencesDeliver pre-set work to students and ensure they remain on taskManage classroom behaviour in line with school policiesReport any issues or incidents to senior staffIdeal Candidate:Previous experience in teaching, training or classroom supervisionConfident in managing groups of students (Key Stage 3 to 5)Excellent communication and behaviour management skillsFlexible and able to travel between schools in Tunbridge Wells and SevenoaksWhat We Offer:Flexible full-time or part-time workCompetitive daily rateOpportunity to gain school-based experienceSupportive and welcoming school environments
