  • To assist the business in maximising sales revenue, by working as part of a dedicated team delivering agile, smart, dynamic and strong sales support processes.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Increasing Customer Experience, Satisfaction and Loyalty
Key responsibilities for this job:
  • Assist in generating and distributing weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and managers to streamline processes and improve data quality within the CRM.
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and help implement solutions that improve speed and accuracy
  • Manage Sales tools, to provide a uniformed, centralised function on best practices and access management, with associated usage reporting
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales tools and processes.
  • Run monthly meetings to ensure cadence and KPI's of customer charter is met.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
  • Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member
Knowledge and experience required:
  • 1 year+ experience of working within Sales Operations or a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
  • Well organised and self-motivated team player
  • Able to work under pressure making timely and informed decisions to tight timescales, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
