We're looking for a bright, motivated graduate to join our team as a Graduate Software Development Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in tech consulting, working on exciting client-facing projects and learning from experienced professionals in a supportive, fast-paced environment.Who We're Looking For:We're seeking a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline from a top-tier university (minimum 2:1 or international equivalent), and at least AAB at A-level. Ideally, you'll also have completed a year-long internship or placement in a technical or software-focused role.
You may already have some experience working directly with clients or stakeholders-perhaps during an internship, university project, or part-time role-or you may be looking to move into a more consultative, client-facing position where you can combine your technical skills with strong interpersonal communication.Please note: We are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately and are happy to attend our Central London office most of the week.   • Some hands-on experience with full-stack development, particularly using JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and APIs (through internships, university projects, or personal work).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-moving tech environment.
  • An interest in working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical consultant to support clients with integrating our platform into their systems.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, helping them understand and implement our technology effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to streamline integration processes and enhance client experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and technologies, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows based on client feedback and internal insights.
