- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in business development and sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is advantageous but not essential.
