- Build, manage and grow affiliate relationships as well as maximise performance of the existing affiliate base
- Continually communicate with affiliates, provide support and keep them up to date on new products and any program enhancements
- Analyse and optimise affiliate traffic activity and develop new ways to monetise & incentive them to perform better
- Monitor data trends and analyse affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability
- Monitor affiliate practices and compliance
- Identify/Research, evaluate and recruit and activate new affiliates/partners to promote our brands
- Research and report on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions
- Identify and implement other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
- Significant experience in a comparative role within the iGaming industry
- Online casino and sportsbook experience preferred
- Proven track record of success
- Strong analytical skills, numbers-driven with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sales & marketing-focused person with strong attention to detail
