  • Oversee managed affiliate accounts to ensure they meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Work with the Senior Affiliate Manager and local teams to deliver Myprotein's affiliate strategy
  • Implement and test new features, initiatives, and technologies to drive growth and innovation
  • Analyse performance data and provide strategic insights to wider marketing teams and senior leadership
  • Collaborate with affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN) and build strong professional relationships
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, making quick judgment calls to optimise result
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
  • At least 3 years' experience in Affiliate Marketing, with direct affiliate management exposure
  • Fluent in English and Native German, comfortable negotiating contracts in person and over email
  • Strong analytical skills, numerical ability, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to grow and optimise affiliate programmes using networks such as AWIN, Partnerize, or Commission Junction
  • Experience working independently and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for digital marketing
  • Ability to manage budgets and stakeholder reporting
  • Knowledge of other digital channels and basic proficiency in MS Office
