- Design and build custom Apex code, Lightning components, and Flows to support evolving business needs.
- Review and optimise Account, Opportunity, and Contact creation processes, including page layouts, automation, and end-user experience.
- Implement Einstein Activity Capture and configure automatic Opportunity creation when defined criteria are met.
- Enhance Salesforce to support B2C2B models in addition to existing B2B processes.
- Develop and configure solutions for Einstein Case Classification and Einstein Article Recommendations.
- Contribute to longer-term Salesforce initiatives such as Agentforce for Service.
- Gong Engage (sales engagement).
- Planhat (Customer Success).
- HubSpot (marketing automation with bi-directional Salesforce sync).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and automation across all integrated platforms.
- Proven commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer (contract or permanent).
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Einstein features (Activity Capture, Case Classification, Article Recommendations).
- Track record of delivering Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or native connectors).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
