North Oxford Garage, part of the William Morgan Group, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our friendly team based in Long Hanborough.About the RoleAs a MINI Parts Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our workshop and retail customers by supplying the right parts efficiently and accurately. From managing stock levels to advising on parts availability, you’ll ensure a seamless service that supports both technicians and customers alike.Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to internal and external parts enquiries
  • Checking availability, ordering, and supplying correct parts for workshop jobs
  • Serving customers at the parts counter and over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and tracking orders
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A customer-first approach and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT systems and a good understanding of parts ordering platforms
