  • Learning how to deliver an outstanding MINI customer experience, from first enquiry to vehicle handover
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day showroom operations and online enquiries
  • Gaining product knowledge to confidently present MINI vehicles and features to potential customers
  • Learning about finance options, insurance products, and aftersales services
  • Working towards sales targets while always maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Completing structured training as part of the MINI Sales Apprenticeship Programme
What We’re Looking For:
  • A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for customer service and the MINI brand
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
  • Previous customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
