Job DescriptionFAMILY SOLICITOR, 1 - 3 YEARS' PQE, UP TO £40,000 DOE, WEST YORKSHIRE. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a supportive and welcoming team within a well-established firm. JOB REF: 0961
  • You will be managing all aspects of client cases from instruction to conclusion, including regular updates via phone, email, app, and in person, while handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters such as divorce, separation, and children matters.
  • The appointed solicitor will provide clear legal advice on risk, funding options, and prospects of success while ensuring compliance with the firm's regulatory obligations and handling all aspects of case management including drafting legal documents, issuing proceedings, attending hearings, and briefing counsel as required.
  • Applications are open to qualified solicitors with 1-3 years' PQE in family law and experience using the case management systems.
  • This firm is looking for candidates who can support marketing and business development efforts, including networking, writing content, and promoting the firm's brand.
