- Develop and implement Data Quality rules.
- Monitor data integrity using Data Quality tools.
- Identify, report, and analyse Data Quality issues.
- Collect and document table and column descriptions, business terms, KPIs.
- Facilitate the integration of metadata into the Data Catalogue (tool implementation forthcoming).
- Gather master data and reference data.
- Ensure integration with the Master Data Management tool.
- Ensuring that data management practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or industry-specific requirements.
- Assist in the development of reports that provide insights to business stakeholders. Support data analysis and decision-making processes with accurate and timely data.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation to identify and meet data requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure data-related needs are addressed.
- Ownership and Delivery: Has a clear focus to deliver results, working to targets, reviewing progress and adapting their plans accordingly, motivating themselves/the team to achieve.

- Proficient in SQL and additional programming languages used for data analysis.
- Experienced in conducting comprehensive data analysis.
- Skilled in gathering and defining project requirements.
- Project Delivery: Focused on leveraging and delivering reusable data assets to drive value and differentiation in the marketplace.
- Data Governance: Experience in data governance, managing interactions across various data disciplines to ensure consistent, high-quality data delivery.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and DataOps practices.
- Statistical Process Control: Capable of implementing and managing controls for data quality measurement and remediation.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in writing efficient SQL queries for large datasets in distributed data environments.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across different data roles and organizational levels.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong background as an Analyst, with experience in all phases of project delivery.
