- Administration of Data & Document tasks assigned to you.
- Comply with Document Management procedures and follow laid-down processes.
- Implement and maintain transmission of data records, for project data in accordance with national and international regulations and security aspects (e.g. ITAR, UK Export Controls). Ensuring that incoming and outgoing data is processed in line with company procedures and processes.
- Co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure the project teams understand Data/ Document requirements.
- Be responsible for operation of secure data transfer systems.
- Monitor & review accuracy of records.
- Advise the project teams of best practice.
- Contribute towards the Delivery of Milestones.
- Receipt / Transmittal of data.
- Timely response to requests for support, involving data and document activities.
- IT Skills: Microsoft Suite particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Ability to read technical documents, drawings and parts lists.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Administration experience.
- Awareness of IT remote access principles.
- Knowledge and understanding of MoD security classifications and the handling of related data.
- To be conversant with UK Government Export Control and ITAR regulations.
