- Act as a Service Management SME for payroll-related services, ensuring processes are well-defined, documented, and transitioned effectively.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and 3rd party vendors to manage the split of ServiceNow-based services.
- Maintain service integrity and user experience throughout the separation project.
- Support service design, readiness, and transition into BAU.
- Ensure service reporting, SLAs, and operational support models are separation-ready.
- Work across incident, problem, change, and request processes, ensuring continuity pre- and post-separation.
- Proven experience as a Service Management Analyst or similar role in complex environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM modules essential).
- Experience supporting or managing payroll systems or services (e.g. ADP, SAP, Workday).
- Track record of delivering in separation, divestment, or carve-out programmes is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement - able to work across business, HR, and IT teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 principles and operational support frameworks
