- At least 3 years in IT service management with hands-on delivery of ITIL processes
- An ITIL v3 or v4 certification
- Must have experience of working in a law firm
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
