Warranty Triage Handler

  • Up to £30,000 salary
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm + 1in3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm
Our client is looking for a Warranty Triage Handler to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a UK leading insurance and warranty product supplier.The role of the Warranty Triage Handler:
  • You will qualify claims under supervision to ensure accurate and speedy claims resolution.
  • Guide claimants through relevant claims process and offering advice regarding suitable repairers
  • Resolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and online
  • Understanding our various customers' requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with
  • Maintain company service levels
  • Provide support to the Sales team by providing accurate and timely information
  • Provide professional and friendly service
  • Produce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on request Arrange vehicle assessments
The ideal candidate for this Warranty Triage Handler role will:
  • Have an ability to understand the basic workings of modern vehicles
  • Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
  • Have good communication skills
