This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential childcare who's ready to step into a key leadership role. Deputy Children's Home Manager Role As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Registered Manager and lead the home to ensure a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support residential care staff across shiftsMaintain a safe, structured, therapeutic home for childrenSupport the Registered Manager with: Compliance, Operational planning, Staff development and supervisionEnsure high standards of care are consistently deliveredBe a role model to both young people and your team Deputy Children's Home Manager Requirements This role is suitable for experienced professionals in children's residential care only.
