Deputy Children's Home Manager - Up to £40,000 (Including Bonus) - Full Time - Greater Manchester Location: Greater Manchester Setting: Children's Residential HomeContract Type: Full-TimeShift Pattern: Fixed 3 on, 3 off (10am - 10pm) About the Role We are excited to be working with a fantastic and well Established Children's Home who is looking to bring on an experienced Deputy Manager to help lead a stable, supportive home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential childcare who's ready to step into a key leadership role. Deputy Children's Home Manager Role As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Registered Manager and lead the home to ensure a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support residential care staff across shiftsMaintain a safe, structured, therapeutic home for childrenSupport the Registered Manager with: Compliance, Operational planning, Staff development and supervisionEnsure high standards of care are consistently deliveredBe a role model to both young people and your team Deputy Children's Home Manager Requirements This role is suitable for experienced professionals in children's residential care only. Essential Experience:Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a children's residential settingAt least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader positionQualifications:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - RequiredLevel 4 in Children, Young People & Families - Desirable (or willingness to work towards)Other Requirements:Full UK Driving LicenceAccess to a vehicle for commutingStrong leadership, emotional resilience, and problem-solving skills Deputy Children's Home Manager's Salary & Benefits PackageBase Salary: £35,200 per yearPerformance Bonus: Up to £4,800 per yearTotal Package Potential: Up to £40,000 per annumAdditional Benefits:Fixed 3 on, 3 off shift pattern (10am - 10pm)Company vehicle available for work useFree or discounted meals during shiftsCasual dress codePension schemeOn-site parkingAccess to well-being and mental health support Recommendations:Heath Recruit Network have a fantastic Recommendation scheme that we offer to all candidates.
