Support Worker – Falkirk Outreach
Hours: 18 hours per week

Real Life Options is a national social care provider, and we’re looking for someone like you to join our team. We will support you on your career path to learn, develop, and grow.You’ll become part of a dedicated team of experienced support workers, assisting individuals in their own homes. On a typical day, you’ll help promote independence and support people to meet their chosen goals. This includes help with daily living skills such as personal care, medication administration, cooking, and household tasks.The individuals we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day, and you’ll play a key role in encouraging and enabling them to achieve their life goals in a safe and happy environment. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team.What we’re looking for:Previous experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.A genuine passion for supporting others.A commitment to our core values: Respect – Honesty – Responsibility – ExcellenceAn enhanced PVG is required for this role.Why choose Real Life Options?
