We support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.We are currently seeking Support Workers who live in the Falkirk area and have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling between service users' homes.About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You’ll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:Personal care and hygieneMeal preparation and servingMedication prompts and administrationCatheter careCompanionship and emotional supportEvery day is different, and you’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships while making a real impact in your community.Shift OptionsWe offer a variety of working patterns to suit your availability and lifestyle:Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days OffFull-Time: 7:00am–1:30pm & 3:30pm–9:30pm OR 7:00am - 2:00pm & 2:00 - 9:00Part-Time: Morning or Evening shifts onlyPattern 2: 2-Week Rolling RotaWeek 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, SundayWeek 2: Wednesday, Thursday, FridayIncludes alternate weekends offFull-Time or Part-Time options availableBank/Relief Work:
