- Extensive experience of working within an customer facing administrative role providing a professional, effective, and quality service
- Experience of providing exceptional customer service on the telephone in a high volume service environment
- Experience of using databases, including: input, analysis and presentation of information
- Experience of working within a Medical Practice
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer for a range of different purposes
- NVQ Level II (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Customer Service or a willingness to work towards
- GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English Language and mathematics
