Committed to delivering high-quality clinical care, the practice is fully equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical tools, including dental x-ray, laparoscopy, endoscopy, Kyon TPLO equipment, harmonic scalpel, and K-laser. Most cases are handled in-house, although there is convenient access to a referral hospital nearby if required. The practice actively supports professional development and has a strong track record of funding CPD and certificate studies.The practice operates from 8am to 7pm on weekdays and from 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, with no Sunday opening. The Saturday rota involves 1 in 4 weekends, covering consulting duties on a sole charge basis. Vets are typically allocated one fixed surgical day per week, though consult-only roles may also be considered.
Consultations are scheduled in 15-minute slots, with regular catch-up breaks to ensure manageable workloads. The team strongly values work-life balance-appointments finish by 6:45pm, with the clinic closing at 7pm. Additional protected time is allocated after closing for administrative tasks, and the daily schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break and designated time for phone calls.The practice fosters a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where staff wellbeing is a priority.
