Salary: Dependent on ExperienceThe Role:As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading the scoping, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions across client projects, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. This role combines deep platform knowledge with business process expertise, ensuring optimal technical solutions aligned with client procurement and finance operations.You will collaborate with engagement leads, project managers, analysts, developers, and testers to deliver quality outcomes—driving innovation and best practices across ServiceNow implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, especially those involving Source-to-Pay capabilitiesArchitect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including S2P workflows, procurement automation, and supplier lifecycle managementDesign and implement integrations between ServiceNow and client ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Define scalable and secure technical solutionsDeliver engaging product demonstrations across ServiceNow modulesGuide teams through all stages of delivery while resolving technical issuesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and dev teamsMaintain up-to-date knowledge through certifications, internal/external learning, and community involvementBuild trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersSupport the evolution of DXC’s ServiceNow offering and roadmapRequirements:Proven experience in ServiceNow consulting, with specific involvement in Source-to-Pay or Procurement process automationTrack record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations as a Solution ArchitectStrong understanding of S2P processes including requisitioning, sourcing, procurement, supplier onboarding, and invoicingCertified ServiceNow System AdministratorCertified Implementation Specialist in at least one suite (e.g., ITSM, Procurement, SPM)ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS) and configuration (Flows, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Widgets)Familiarity with integration methods such as IntegrationHub, REST APIs, LDAP, SSOExperience in agile and traditional software delivery methodologiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving ability and resilienceKnowledge of CSDM and CMDB best practicesUnderstanding of procurement platforms and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) is a strong plusWillingness to travel and work on client sites as requiredWhat We Offer:Join a leading ServiceNow partner known for excellence and innovationOngoing professional development and certification opportunitiesCollaborative, knowledge-sharing team cultureComprehensive benefits including:Flex benefits packagePensionLife and Health insuranceTravel insurance and retail discounts25 days annual leave (plus option to buy more)At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
