- Deliver one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language challenges, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
- Work alongside class teachers and the SENCo to implement personalised learning programmes.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Adjust learning resources and materials to meet individual student needs.
- Support the wider personal and social development of each child, as well as their academic progress.
- At least 6 months’ experience as an SEN TA, Teaching Assistant, or Learning Support Assistant in a school environment.
- Background supporting children with additional needs in primary or secondary education.
- A patient, encouraging, and reliable approach.
- Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE, Level 2/3 TA, or equivalent) are welcome but not essential.
- Competitive PAYE rate: £90–£100 per day (no umbrella deductions).
