Do you thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards?We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a school that caters to pupils aged 7 to 18 with a wide range of abilities and complex learning needs.About the Role:As a key member of our support team, you will:
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils’ learning and development.
  • Provide tailored support to students with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and more complex conditions.
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.
  • behaviour support where necessary.
About You:We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
  • Experienced (or keen to gain experience) in working with children or young people with SEN.
  • A strong communicator and team player.
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a school or care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are advantageous.
  • Ongoing CPD opportunities will be provided.
