- Leading on the development and implementation of project management standards and processes and supporting the team in there usage
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, standards, and tools. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO and across projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PMO standards.
- Tracking and reporting on project performance, progress, timescales, costs, benefits
- Supports the delivery of project health checks by assessing progress, risks, issues, and adherence to governance standards, providing clear feedback and direction to project managers to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance project performance.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and management of project risks and issues. Maintain risk and issue logs, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders and the PMO. Assist in organising and coordinating project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes!
- Analyse project data to identify trends, variances and areas of concern and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve project performance.
- Support the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel and budgets.
- Tracking resource availability and utilisation across projects and assisting in the development of resource management plans and schedules
- Set up, administer, and develop the new Project Management application (Smartsheet's)
- Provide training and support to project teams on PMO tools, processes, and best practices.
- Assist in onboarding new project managers and team members, ensuring they are familiar with PMO standards and tools.
- Experience in PMO set up desirable.
- Analysis, reporting, and administrative support for project management activities

- Good attention to detail, with great communication skills
- MSP or Prince2 certification - preferred
