
Billing Analyst

- Ensure the accurate and timely invoicing for our partners by managing billing cycles and processes.
- Analyse billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Complete fraud monitoring and compliance checks by reviewing and maintaining precise records and documentation.
- Advise partners on potential areas of loss and suggest remedies to increase margin and profitability.
- Deliver a high degree of customer service for all queries and respond within the documented SLA's until query resolution.
- Support partners in the use of our bespoke aBILLity and affinity software by providing advice and training.
- Demonstrable experience in a billing role, preferably within the technology or communications industry.
- Proven experience of working with aBILLity and / or Affinity billing platforms.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio), with the capacity to use and adapt to new technology quickly.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and project targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for process improvement.
