- Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accurate financial postings.
- Collaborate with Service Managers and Budget Holders to review variances and provide insights.
- Provide effective line management and leadership to Finance Officers
- Assist with ongoing projects, offering proactive input and helping drive improvements.
- A part-qualified accountant or graduate with strong relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and confident using accounting systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage and consistently deliver results
