- Manage a team of 11 Product Owners, Product Lifecycle Managers, and Strategy Managers, ensuring flawless execution of portfolio strategies.
- Lead the SPM process, gathering critical insights to develop comprehensive product road-maps that meet market demands and outpace competition.
- Coordinate the MEP process, analysing data to recommend solutions that address business gaps and drive product success.
- Establish and conduct quarterly governance reviews to evaluate product development and market trends, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Develop a robust 5-year plan for technology investments, securing external funding for R&D projects in collaboration with the NT Partnership team.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers and industry partners, bringing to bear these connections for successful product launches and site testing.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees (MSc, MBA, PhD) are highly advantageous.
- Over 12 years of proven experience in strategic, sales, project, or product management roles, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of strategic process flows and the ability to establish robust strategies from comprehensive internal and external analyses.
- Outstanding experience in business development and product growth initiatives, showcasing your ability to compete and innovate.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with operational management and product flow, ensuring delivery against contractual requirements.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and work collaboratively to gain valuable insights, driving the team towards ambitious goals.
- An understanding of global energy policies and willingness to travel 20-30% of the time to engage with customers and partners.
