Your mission: get as many existing and new Healf customers onto Healf Zone as possible, without cannibalising our core funnel, and ultimately increase customer lifetime value.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets a kick out of solving hard growth problems, and knows how to balance short-term scrappiness with long-term scale.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn acquisition strategy for Healf Zone across paid, owned, and organic channelsCollaborate with the wider growth team to plug Healf Zone into existing journeys – site, CRM, PDPs, quiz, etc. – without hurting conversionIdentify and test new high-velocity growth loops and funnels for diagnosticsWork with product and analytics to understand the impact of Healf Zone on LTV and loyaltyBuild programs to increase repeat usage and retention of Healf Zone and its downstream impact on Healf brand loyaltyUse data to diagnose problems and unlock insights that scale acquisitionThink commercially – your goal is not just volume, but profitable activationBe hands-on across performance marketing, content, CRO, email, and moreQualificationsAre analytical and commercially sharp – you ask “is this moving the needle?” dailyHave experience across core eCommerce growth channels – paid social, SEM, landing pages, CRM, referrals, contentLove working cross-functionally to get things live fastAre comfortable running experiments in messy, fast-moving environmentsAre user-obsessed – you want to understand what makes people buy and stayUnderstand the mechanics of customer loyalty and retention, and how diagnostics can deepen brand connectionAre impact-driven – you want to own outcomes, not just run campaignsWhy Join Healf?
