- Manage a varied caseload and ensure compliance with the 20-week process.
- Draft and finalise high-quality, legally compliant EHCPs.
- Liaise with families, schools, and professionals to co-produce plans.
- Maintain accurate case management records and support tribunal processes.
- Previous local authority SEND experience (essential).
- Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice (2015) & Children and Families Act (2014).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Confidence in working collaboratively with families, schools, and multi-agency professionals.
- This is a permanent, full-time role.
- Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week office-based.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Applicants must have previous local authority SEND experience to be considered.
