Do you have experience working with primary-aged pupils or a strong desire to start a career in education?Prospero Teaching is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Exeter to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting in September.🏫 The Role:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
- Working 1:1 with children who may have additional needs (SEN)
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Experience working with children (in school, care, or youth settings)
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Psychology degree) are desirable but not essential
- A supportive school environment with a strong staff team
- Ongoing CPD and training opportunities
- A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement
