- Setting up and controlling procedures for auditing transaction, rebates, voids and discounts to prevent possible fraudulent activities.
- Conducting month-end inventory of Food, Beverage, Tobacco and Guest Amenities at Stores and Outlets.
- Setting up and controlling processes for accurately receiving, storing, transferring and cross charging items throughout the hotel.
- Preparing Menu Engineering reports for all food and beverage items sold throughout the hotel by suggesting price adjustments to maximise profit margins.
- Updating the POS by maintaining price consistency throughout in order to verify accuracy of selling prices on the POS in all outlets.
- Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a good understanding of financial systems (Micros POS, Symphony).
- Having a passion for food and beverage products.
- Possessing an analytical, results driven mindset.
