  • As an Assistant Food & Beverage Cost Controller you will control and reconcile food and beverage costs in accordance with Edwardian Hotels London standards through analysis, requisitions, controls, margins and sales targets.
  • Ensure orders are based on usage, stock turnover and Cost of Sales Budgetary limits.
  • Ensure Food and Beverage Invoices, Delivery Notes, Requisition Notes are in compliance with Edwardian Hotels London procedures. Ensure quantity checks on all F & B goods received.
  • Assist the F&B cost Controller in the daily input of invoices, purchase orders and requisition notes, producing management information for better decision making.
About You:
  • Three years’ food and beverage stock unit management.
  • A record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
  • Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Client focused approach to work.
  • IT literate.
