
CRM & Email Marketing Manager

- Previous CRM and email marketing experience
- Be based in South London (4 days a week onsite)
- Previous experience delivering campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emails
- Knowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practices
- Experience segmenting customer data for email targeting
- Some experience with marketing automation technologies
- Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
- A/B and multivariate testing experience across email
- Exposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reporting
- Build reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get the right insight from Salesforce, including email performance reporting
- Use performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisation
- Work with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvements
- Manage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancements
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate management
