This is your chance to shape how care is delivered across Yorkshire - driving innovation, leading digital transformation, and ensuring our services exceed regulatory expectations.The role will include holding registered manager status for four residential services (across Pickering, Whitby & Filey) and oversee a number of direct reports who are responsible for day to day management within the services via respective staff teams.In this role, you will:Inspire and lead service teams with a strong culture of accountability and supportDevelop and expand our presence across the regionDrive data-informed improvements and digital-first approachesCollaborate across teams to align strategy and service deliveryWe’re looking for someone who:Holds (or is working toward) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social CareHas strong experience supporting people with disabilities and/or autismKnows the care sector inside-out, from compliance and contracts to innovation and community connectionThrives in dynamic environments and knows how to balance long-term vision with day-to-day deliveryJoin us.
